Find out where your companystands on AI.

Any organisation can complete this AI maturity scan on its own. You go through seven dimensions, with guidance on every question, and immediately receive a maturity profile with a radar chart and a maturity label. So you learn not only how far along you are, but also where the bottleneck is. An AI-D guided track adds an anonymous survey of your employees to that picture.

Note: the questionnaire itself is currently available in Dutch only.

What you get

Seven dimensions

AI (procurement) policy, AI strategy, AI governance, digital and data infrastructure, risk management, ethical considerations and regulation. Each dimension gets exactly one level, based on the lowest answer within that dimension.

One level per dimension

From Initial to Optimised, each question with an evidence field and guidance, so the result stays anchored in the reality of your organisation.

Radar profile

Your current and target level side by side in one picture, with a maturity label and an overview table you can print or keep.

The human factor

In an AI-D guided track your team anonymously fills in a short survey on AI literacy, confidence and willingness, alongside the organisational picture.

Transparent about dataand about scoring.

What happens with your data

We store your name, email address, job title, company name and the answers to this scan, so that AI-D can review your result and contact you about further guidance. This data is never sold or shared with third parties. To have it deleted, contact us at info@ai-d.be.

How your score is calculated

Per dimension the lowest answer level becomes the dimension score: an organisation is as mature as its weakest link within that theme. If the evidence field stays empty, that dimension is capped at level 2. There is no “not applicable” option; an honest “Don’t know” counts as level 2 and caps the dimension.

What you get back

Immediately after the last dimension you see your radar profile, your level per dimension and your maturity label. That picture is a starting point for a conversation: where are you strong, where is the bottleneck, and which step should come first.
