Per dimension the lowest answer level becomes the dimension score: an organisation is as mature as its weakest link within that theme. If the evidence field stays empty, that dimension is capped at level 2. There is no “not applicable” option; an honest “Don’t know” counts as level 2 and caps the dimension.
Immediately after the last dimension you see your radar profile, your level per dimension and your maturity label. That picture is a starting point for a conversation: where are you strong, where is the bottleneck, and which step should come first.
An AI maturity scan looks beyond the tools you already use. It measures organisational AI maturity: whether there is a shared strategy, who decides on AI purchases, how data and infrastructure are arranged, and how risk, ethics and regulation are handled. Together those seven dimensions describe your AI readiness — the extent to which your organisation can adopt AI in a structural way rather than through isolated experiments. Because the weakest answer sets the level of a dimension, the result shows exactly which step raises your AI maturity the most.
This AI maturity scan is written for SMEs, so the questions stay recognisable: no formal AI department is assumed, and every level is described with a concrete situation.
