What the scan does

The AI maturity scan maps the organisational AI maturity of your company across seven dimensions: AI (procurement) policy, AI strategy, AI governance, digital and data infrastructure, risk management, ethical considerations and regulation. You answer three or four questions per dimension with concrete situation descriptions, so you do not have to guess which level to assign.

How your score is calculated

Per dimension the lowest answer level becomes the dimension score: an organisation is as mature as its weakest link within that theme. If the evidence field of a dimension stays empty, that dimension is capped at level 2 — without visible evidence a higher level isn't granted. The five levels are called Initial, Involved, Defined, Managed and Optimised.

There is no “not applicable” option: every core question applies to every organisation. Answering “Don’t know” gives level 2 for that question, which caps the whole dimension at level 2.

Privacy & data

We store your name, email address, job title, company name and the answers to this scan, so that AI-D can review your result and contact you about further guidance. This data is never sold or shared with third parties. To have it deleted, contact us at info@ai-d.be.

The employee survey is fully anonymous: no name, email address or other identifying data is stored. Answers are only discussed as a group result, and groups with fewer than five respondents are not reported separately.

What you get back

Immediately after the last dimension you see your radar profile, your level per dimension and your maturity label. That picture is a starting point for a conversation: where are you strong, where is the bottleneck, and which step should come first.
